Jai Club Game Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

To use Jai Club Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online colour prediction games are permitted under applicable law.
• You must have a valid Indian mobile number for account registration and OTP verification.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or associate of Jai Club Game or its affiliated companies.
• Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.

Jai Club Game reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.

2. Deposits

The following rules apply to all deposits made on Jai Club Game:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₹100. There is no maximum deposit limit, but large deposits may require additional KYC verification.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, and net banking. All payments are processed through RBI-compliant gateways.
• Deposits are credited to your wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation. In the event of a failed transaction, the amount will be refunded to your source account within 3–5 business days.
• Deposits are for use on the Jai Club Game platform only. Funds cannot be transferred between user accounts.
• Promotional bonuses applied to deposits are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual bonus terms.

3. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Jai Club Game wallet are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed via UPI to the UPI ID registered on your account. Bank transfers via IMPS/NEFT are available for verified accounts.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–5 minutes after approval. In cases requiring additional verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including a valid government-issued ID, may be required for withdrawals above ₹10,000 or as required by applicable regulations.
• Jai Club Game reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

4. Responsible Gaming

Jai Club Game is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage all users to play within their financial means and be aware of the risks associated with real-money gaming.

• Set Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings to manage your spending.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform by contacting our support team.

5. Account Rules

By creating an account on Jai Club Game, you agree to the following account rules:

• The use of bots, scripts, VPNs, or any automated tools to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Collusion between players or any attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities is prohibited.
• Jai Club Game reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without prior notice.

6. Amendments

Jai Club Game reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
